HP Presents the World's First All-in-One Workstation
Published in Amwal Al Ghad on 19 - 04 - 2012

HP partners and customers from across the Middle East gathered for an opportunity to experience HP's products and solutions, including the launch of HP's new all-in-one Z1 workstation, at the HP Middle East Value Event.
The event provided an opportunity for HP to collaborate and network with more than 200 of its partners and customers, discussing new growth strategies and identifying ways to expand their businesses by tapping into the power of HP.
Salim Ziade, General Manager, HP Personal Systems Group, Middle East said: "Our main objective of organizing this event was to help our regional partners and customers develop a better understanding of the HP value products and solutions, including workstations, thin clients, retail point of sale and digital signage." He added: "It's important that we engage in a dialogue with our customers and partners to address the evolving IT environment and how we can meet escalating consumer demand."
Highlighting the event was the launch of the HP Z1 workstation, the world's first all-in-on workstation. Built for computer-aided design, digital media, entertainment, architects, education, and independent professionals, the HP Z1 combines a sleek industrial design with accelerated computing and visual performance, as AMEinfo stated.
Salim Ziade, added: "We are excited to bring the world's first all-in-one workstation to the Middle East. We've been visiting customers around the region in automotive, audio and video among others, and the response is overwhelmingly positive with comments like it's 'insanely cool' and 'just the right size,'. Customers say they're impressed with the combination of accelerated performance and design that's not available on any other product in the market today."
Designed like no other, the display of the new HP Z1 snaps open so users can easily swap out parts and make upgrades without any tools required.(1) The HP Z1 combines a sleek industrial design with accelerated performance featuring Intel Xeon processors,(2) NVIDIA Quadro graphics, support for more than 1 billion colors(3) and HP's world-class reliability.
Several of HP's leading global partners who have an extensive history of collaborating with HP to deliver innovative technology, were present, including Adobe, Intel, Autocad, VMware, Citrix, Autodesk and Scala. The one day conference, held at the Viceroy Hotel, Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, included keynote addresses from top-level HP executives, breakout sessions and meetings with partners, customers and HP executives
