Siemens DX Merges to Siemens S.A.E for Diagnostic Systems in Egypt

Siemens AG (Siemens) a multinational engineering and electronics corporate and which is working in energy, infrastructure, industry and medical care health sectors announced that Siemens DX Healthcare Diagnostics firm and all its assets will merge to Siemens S.A.E , stressing that it will invest in the Egyptian market.
Through this deal , Siemens Egypt will provide new and innovative Diagnostics potentials to the domestic market, especially the private systems which provided by Siemens DX so as to enhance the operational efficiency in hospitals and health care centers.
