Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour, Egyptian Trade and Industry Minister has inaugurated today two factories for foodstuffs and Plastics in Assiut with total investments up EGP211 million. Meanwhile, Egypt's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of International Cooperation Ziad Bahaa El-Din has paid a visit for other two factories in medical supplies ,flour and animal feed products with total investments up EGP205 million. Abdel Nour said the visit comes in the framework of the government's interest in Upper Egypt's governorates, develop and complete all the projects inside these governorates. Abdel Nour asserted that there are new programs and projects which it is scheduled to offer in order to push the industrial development wheel, make the best use of all the opportunities and natural resources and mining, asserting that EGP1.5 billion has been allocated for the supporting and facilitating of the industrial region that affiliated to the Ministry fund noting that the Ministry is working to provide all the facilities so as to face all the obstacles which facing the investors.
