Smart Village Eyes to Launch New Subsidiary in Damietta Within 2014

Smart Villages Development and Management Company is intending to launch ‘Smart Village' in New Damietta during the first quarter of 2014.
Dr. Adel Danish, Chairman of Smart Villages Co., & CEO of Xceed said the company is targeting to put clear scheme regarding the region and the way of implementing the buildings, pointing out that the Smart Village will focus on the industries which distributing in Damietta, such as the furniture industry.
Danish has informed Amwal Al Ghad that the company will expand to build hybrid buildings ‘administrative and commercial', adding that it is intending to establish a number of small commercial centers entire Damietta Smart Village.
He noted that the current geographic region will allow for Damietta Smart Village to make the best use of the global trade movement which coming from Africa via the Nile River passing through the Mediterranean.
Smart Village is aiming to support more developments and economic growths throughout the new headquarter by establishing Damietta Smart Village so as to serve the business and Small and Medium Sized Projects.
