Egypt Industry Minister Flies to Indonesia, to Attend World Trade's MC9

Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour will pay a visit tomorrow to Indonesia, headed by Egyptian delegation who are going to participate in the ninth World Trade Organization (WTO) Ministerial Conference which will take place in Bali, Indonesia, from 3 to 6 December 2013, at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre (BNDCC).
Many ministers from 159 countries will take part in WTO along with the representatives of several global authorities and organizations, in addition governmental and nongovernmental organizations.
The Minister explained that the participation of Egypt in this conference will come in the light of its keenness for an effective role of developing WTO system in order to achieve real development for world trade exchange.
He added that the conference is considered to be a great opportunity to invite senior officials, the countries' representatives so as to lure them to invest in Egypt, establish fresh projects which will support the Egyptian economy within the current time.
The Arab trade Ministers will also attend the conference, and it is scheduled that the Minister and the Egyptian delegation will meet a number of Ministries from various countries including USA, Brazil, Russia, India, China, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Jordan, Pakistan, UAE, Indonesia, Kenya, in addition to the Director-General of the (WTO), Mr Roberto Azevedo.
This conference will help the countries to review their opinions and exchange their views regarding the submitted issues of WTO aside discussing many commercial and economic cooperation issues and also enhancing the bilateral commercial relationships.
