Mr. Mohamed Moustafa Abdel Rasoul - CEO of Arab Orient Takaful Insurance, has stated that his company is planning to inaugurate new branch in Alexandria free zone within the coming period. Abdel Rasoul has informed Amwal Al Ghad that Orient is aiming to attain EGP2million premiums during the first year after opening the branch, pointing out that the company is intending to open its new subsidiaries in Port Said by the beginning of the next year. Abdel Rasoul has pointed out that these two branches will increase the number of branches to become 6 , explaining that the current branches are currently distributing in Hurghada, Alexandria, Mohandseen , in addition the main branch in Heliopolis. On the mother company expansions during the coming period, Rasool said the UAE Orient Insurance is planning in the next year to open new branch in Turkey, along with its subsidiaries located in the UAE, Egypt, Syria, Oman and Sri Lanka. Rasool has mentioned that it is currently demanding to obtain licenses in Libya in order to establish new branch in it, it is scheduled to inaugurate new subsidiaries in Qatar and other branch in Saudi Arabia. Rasool has confirmed that Oriental Mother is planning to expand in Africa during the coming period to become one of the strongest companies operating in the market.
