The Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) signed on Tuesday a handling, processing, and transport agreement for the Cronos gas field project with partners Eni and TotalEnergies. The signing came on the sidelines of the Eastern Mediterranean Energy Conference and Exhibition (EMC) in Limassol, Cyprus. The agreement was signed by Mahmoud Abdelhamid, Chairman of EGAS, Francesco Gaspari, President of Eni's subsidiary in Egypt (IEOC), Alessandro Gelmetti, General Manager of Eni Cyprus, and Pascal Breant, Managing Director of TotalEnergies in Egypt and Cyprus.
