Gold prices in Egypt rose on Monday, mirroring global market trends and fluctuations in the local exchange rate.
As of 17:00 local time (14:00 GMT), 24-carat gold was trading at 6,617.25 Egyptian pounds per gram, up 0.52 per cent from 6,582.75 pounds on 19 Oct., according to market data.
