Egyptian pound posts slight gains against dollar during Monday's midday

The Egyptian pound edged up against the US dollar in Monday's midday session, with exchange rates showing minor appreciation across leading banks, according to official data.
As of 12:45 p.m. Cairo time (09:45 GMT), the pound traded at the following rates:
