Mohamed Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Federation of Egyptian Industries, has revealed that the federation showed a Memorandum on the Finance Minister, Ahmed Galal, in order to unify the sales tax of the products by 10%. Al Suwaidi has emphasized that the Minister has pledged to make comprehensive studies in coordination with the Federation of Commerce and Industry , noting that the government is planning to establish an integrated project for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Al Suwaidi has asserted that it is scheduled to hold a meeting today in the Egyptian Trade Union Federation with the participation of the chambers of Commerce to determine the attitude of the private sector regarding the minimum wage. He further said it is important for the government to provide job opportunities in order to solve the unemployment crisis .
