Egypt expands notarisation services with opening of New South Giza Office

Egypt's ministers of justice, planning, international cooperation, and local development inaugurated a new notarisation office at the South Giza Court of First Instance on Sunday. The move is part of a national push to expand and digitise public services in line with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's directives.
The new branch, which replaces the former Mourad Street location, operates from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. CLT and features a fully digitised, single-window system to streamline legal and property registration services, the Ministry of Justice said in a statement.
Justice Minister Adnan Fangary, Planning and Economic Development Minister Rania Al-Mashat, Local Development Minister Manal Awad, and Giza Governor Adel El-Naggar attended the opening and toured the facility.
The move comes as Egypt accelerates efforts to modernise its documentation infrastructure and improve service delivery nationwide, the statement added.
