Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly met with OECD Secretary-General Mathias Cormann on Tuesday to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation, on the sidelines of the UN's 4th International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD4) in Seville, Spain. Madbouly, representing President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, proposed drafting a cooperation roadmap to support Egypt's development goals and praised the positive impact of the OECD's partnership on the national economy. He also highlighted progress in finalising the Egypt Country Programme, which is expected to align international expertise with the country's structural reform agenda. Planning Minister Rania Al-Mashat said the programme aims to integrate global best practices into Egypt Vision 2030. She noted that a series of joint events with the OECD are planned to reinforce collaboration.
