EgyptAir has announced the purchase of additional Trent XWB-84 engines from Rolls-Royce to power six new Airbus A350-900 aircraft, bringing the airline's total engine order to 32, according to an official statement. The deal also includes a comprehensive TotalCare maintenance contract. "This agreement reflects our continued commitment to operational excellence and strengthens our strategic partnership with Rolls-Royce," said EgyptAir Chairman and CEO Ahmed Adel. Ewen McDonald, Rolls-Royce Chief Customer Officer, expressed gratitude, stating, "We're honoured by EgyptAir's trust and look forward to supporting the airline's growing A350 fleet with our advanced TotalCare service."
