Egypt's National Organisation for Social Insurance (NOSI) secured the Excellence Award in Pension and Social Security Fund Management at the Sharjah Award in Public Finance, according to a Cabinet statement Wednesday. NOSI Chair Gamal Awad said the accolade reflects the authority's commitment to Egypt's Vision 2030 through innovative and sustainable pension fund governance. He highlighted the agency's success in delivering efficient financial management and safeguarding pensioners' rights. Awad also acknowledged President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's active oversight of social insurance reforms and praised Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouly for his ongoing support in facilitating NOSI's operations. The third edition of the Sharjah Award attracted broad participation from Arab nations including Egypt, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, Iraq, Tunisia, Kuwait, Morocco, Yemen, Mauritania, Oman, and various UAE federal and local entities.
