Egyptian pound falls against dollar at Wednesday close – CBE

The Egyptian pound (EGP) dropped against the US dollar (USD) on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, according to data from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).
The CBE reported an average buying rate of EGP 51.6294 per dollar and a selling rate of EGP 51.7297, compared to Tuesday's rates of EGP 51.2143 and EGP 51.3134, respectively.
