Egypt's Ministry of Labour signed a cooperation agreement on Monday with Ebda Company, the representative of the National Initiative for the Development of Egyptian Industry, to enhance vocational training systems in alignment with Egypt's Vision 2030. According to a Cabinet statement, the agreement aims to equip young Egyptians with the skills needed for the evolving job market. Under the partnership, Ebda will spearhead efforts to modernise vocational training by providing consultancy studies, technical and logistical support, training and assessment services, and digital learning platforms. As a first step, the initiative will focus on upgrading five vocational training centres affiliated with the ministry, paving the way for broader workforce development and industrial growth.
