Egypt's stock market (EGX) closed in the green area on Wednesday. The main index, EGX30 went up by 0.67 per cent, to 30,832.61 points. The Shariah index, EGX33, rose by 1 per cent, to 3,179.56 points. The SMEs index, EGX70 jumped by 0.44 per cent, to 8,497.54 points. The index, EGX100 index climbed by 0.57 per cent, to 11,669.2 points. The total market cap reached 2,251,962,234,391 Egyptian pounds. The Egyptians and Arabs were net buyers with a total of 8,572,260,609 Egyptian pounds and 742,983,686 Egyptian pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, Non-Arab Foreigners were net sellers with a total of 9,315,244,295 Egyptian pounds. Top gainers on Wednesday 1. Egyptian Arabian(Themar)Comp. For Securities&Bonds Brok. EAC (EASB.CA) shares rose by 19.58 per cent, to close at the price of 4.580 Egyptian pounds a share. 2. AJWA for Food Industries company Egypt (AJWA.CA) shares climbed by 15.12 per cent, to trade at the price of 91.210 Egyptian pounds a share. 3. Alexandria National Company for Financial Investment (ANFI.CA) shares jumped by 12.62 per cent, to the purchasing price of 24.450 Egyptian pounds a share. Top losers on Wednesday 1. El Arabia for Land Reclamation (EALR.CA) shares fell by 9.50 per cent, to close at 50.040 Egyptian pounds a share. 2.
