Gold prices near record highs on Tuesday supported by uncertainty over US election, investors await Fed rate clues.
Spot gold prices increased by 0.50 per cent to $2,756.06 per ounce on Tuesday October 28, 2024, at 6:52 GMT, compared to Monday's closing price of $2,742.32. Meanwhile, US gold futures rose 0.43 per cent to $2,767.85, compared to Monday's closing of $2,755.9.
