EGX closes in red on March 12

Egypt's stock exchange (EGX) closed all red on Tuesday, with the main index, EGX30 sliding by 2.16 per cent to 32,661.61 points.
The small to mid-size enterprises' index, EGX70 dove by 3.79 per cent, to 6,998.04 points.
The index, EGX100 index sank by 3.32 per cent, to 10,096.94 points.
The total market cap reached 2,139,918,548,954 Egyptian pounds.
Egyptians and Arabs' transactions were mainly selling with a total of 61,278,986,926 Egyptian pounds, and 354,254,887 Egyptian pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, the non-Arabs foreigners were net buyers with 61,633,241,813 Egyptian pounds.
Top gainers on Tuesday
The shares of Juhayna Food Industries (JUFO.CA) jumped by 15.58 per cent, to close at the price of 23.000 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Arabian Food Industries DOMTY (DOMT.CA) climbed by 12.75 per cent, to trade at the price of 15.560 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Golden Textiles & Clothes Wool (GTWL.CA) inched up by 7.32 per cent, to the purchasing price of 28.750 Egyptian pounds a share.
Top losers on Tuesday
The shares of Rights Issue of Egyptians Housing Deve & Reconstruction-1 (EHDR.CA) plunged by 18.18 per cent, to close at 0.090 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of MM Group For Industry And International Trade (MTIE.CA) went down by 12.82 per cent, to close at 9.250 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Rights Issue Of El Obour Real Estate Investment-3 (OBRI.CA) dropped by 12.24 per cent, to close at the price of 1.054 Egyptian pounds a share.
