Alaa Al Sakty, chairman of the board of Badr Industrial City Investors Association, said the minister of transport decision of two exterior transportation lines fro, El Shorouk and Al Abassyia to the industrial zone will help in lodging 6000 empty residential units at EGP 300 million investments. In his statements to "Amwal Al GHad", Alaa Al Sakty lauded the exerted efforts of the minister of industry and foreign trade, Hatem Saleh; especially after getting the approval of the minister of transport on this project. He referred that these units are suffering the problems of exterior transportation, besides problems of facilities and sanitation services. He affirmed that these units are for individuals not for the state or whipping investment institutios, which were empty since several years due to these problems. He revealed that the association has negotiations with the ministry of health to establish a hospital in the industrial zone during the coming period.
