Egypt registers 1,218 new coronavirus cases, 63 fatalities on Sunday

Egypt confirmed on Sunday 1,218 new coronavirus cases, taking the toll to 75,253, according to a health ministry statement.
The country also confirmed 63 new deaths that took the tally of virus fatalities to 3,343. However, the total number of recoveries has surged to 20,726 on Sunday from 20,103 on Saturday, the statement said.
