Ingredients: 1 salmon steak, skin removed and chopped in small cubes 3 cloves of garlic, smushed 1 teaspoon ginger powder 1/2 cup white wine 1/4 cup brown sugar 4 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon butter 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 package egg noodles 3 cloves of garlic, smushed chopped stir fry veggies--onion, red pepper, yellow pepper, mushrooms, bamboo, broccoli, etc. dash of soy sauce Directions: 1. Salmon: Mix garlic, ginger, white wine, brown sugar, and soy sauce in a glass bowl. Drop in salmon cubes and marinate for 30-40 minutes maximum. 2. Boil egg noodles according to the package and drain the water. 3. Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic and ginger. 4. Add in stir fry vegetables and wok fry for 5-10 minutes, then add soy sauce and noodles. 5. For Salmon, heat olive oil in a frying pan and gently pan fry salmon--if you move it around too much it will break apart. 6. Add butter to the pan and after salmon is cooked, remove it with a slotted spoon. 7. Pour marinade into the pan to deglaze and thicken. 8. Serving suggestion: Stir fry noodles with vegetables, salmon cubes on top with a little drizzle of thickened marinade. Delish!
