The same sources said the committee agreed that Article 88, which concerns the supervision of parliamentary elections, would be amended to ensure judicial supervision over the voting process. “An independent committee composed of judges will be responsible for supervising the elections,” said the sources. The sources said that the committee is still deciding on article 77 concerning the conditions of presidential terms.
