Riyadh - Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Jubeir has said commercial and political deals will be signed during first foreign trip of U.S. President Donald Trump to the kingdom on May 23, 2017. Addressing a press conference, he said President Trump's visit will "reinforce the historic partnership" between Saudi Arabia and the United States. Jubeir said the Arab-Islamic-American Summit will be attended by 37 leaders and it will focus on combating terrorism, trade, investment, youth and technology. He added that creating a partnership in efforts to counter terrorism is the main objective of the summit. According to the minister, leaders participating in the summit will announce launching an international counter-terror center.
