Cairo, alBawaba - Abdul Rahim Ali, member of the Egyptian House of Representatives, showed evidence of Qatar involvement in supporting extremists and terrorists in Libya, revealing Qatar's relations with the radical "Libyan Islamic Fighters Group", and how the Emir of Qatar honoured his country' soldiers who participated in Libya violent events over the last few years. Ali, the founder of alBawaba News Portal, said on Wednesday that Al-Qaeda prominent leader 'Abdelhakim BelHadj' got the bulk of the financial flows and funds, mainly from Qatar, adding that " Belhadj turned literally from being a beggar into a billionaire." In his weekly appearance as a guest on 'al-Nahar One' space channel, Ali aired a video clip of the leader of 'Libyan Islamic Fighters Group', Abdelhakim Belhadj, talking about the Qatari delegation that were inside a military base in Libya and their role to help his fighters. Ali confirmed that the terrorist "BelHadj" owns a company with more than 70 aircraft in addition to a TV channel, and other assets, Pointing out that "Belhadj" does not have any popularity inside Libya and he is 'rejected' by the people there, but still receives a support from Qatar to ruin the future and destiny of Libyan people.
