The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has detained a Daesh(ISIS)-linked group planning terrorist attacks in Moscow, St. Petersburg, the FSB press service said Saturday. According to the terrorist group's members' admissions, they were linked to Daesh commanders. The group consists of 10 nationals of Central Asian states. The terrorist group's members planned attacks in public places in Moscow, St. Petersburg, using rifles and self-made high-capacity explosives, the FSB said.
