Defense Min. in Paris to perfect Mistral deal

Egypt's minister of defense Sedky Sobhy has left Wednesday for the French capital city of Paris on an official visit that will last for several days.
The visit comes within the framework of boosting cooperation between Egypt and France, experts said.
Sedky tops a high level delegation to receive the new helicopter carrier Mistral, the first aircraft carrier to join the Egyptian Navy.
The aircraft, named after late President Gamal Abdel Nasser, will be a new addition to the Egyptian armed forces to enhance military capabilities, according to experts.
