Sickening new ISIS video shows two young French boys shoot dead 'soldier and spy'
Published in Albawaba on 15 - 05 - 2016

ISIS have released an horrific new video showing two young French boys executing two prisoners.
A new video - called In The Footsteps of My Father - released by the terror group finishes by showing the two boys shooting dead the men.
ISIS claim the prisoners - who are blindfolded and wearing orange jumpsuits - are a soldier and spy for the Syrian regime.
They can be seen sitting on the ground before the boys calmly fire one shot each at the men.
The 14-minute long video opens by showing scenes from Paris, including the Eiffel Tower and River Seine.
It then shows an Air France plane before showing clips of young children - including the two who kill the prisoner - in training.
In one scene, the boys can be seen in a classroom learning maths.
In another, they appear on a target range with the images of various world leaders including Barack Obama, Vladimir Putin and Francois Hollande on the targets.
One of the young French boys fires shots towards the face of Hollande.
The video finishes by showing the execution of the two prisoners by the young boys.
Dramatic footage released yesterday showed the moment a man suspected of plotting ISIS terror attacks against westerners was arrested.
Police in Morocco launched the raid yesterday and arrested a man from Chad.
He is alleged to have been plotting a "dangerous" attack against Western tourist sites and diplomatic buildings in Morocco.
A statement released by the Moroccan Interior Ministry said the suspect was "recruited by ISIS to organise a terror cell comprised of Moroccans and Algerinans to attack Western diplomatic buildings and tourist sites in Morocco."
Dramatic footage shows heavily armed police knock down the front door to his flat before storming inside.
A bag containing what appear to be explosive devices can be seen .
Police also show ball-bearings which could have been used in a bomb attack to cause maximum damage.
Authorities say the suspect is thought to have flown into the country from Chad on May 4.
Officials say he had already visited the sites where he allegedly planned to carry out the attacks before his arrest.
It emerged today that ISIS has declared a state of emergency in its self-declared capital of Raqqa in Syria.
Colonel Steve Warren , from the US military, said that officials were monitoring the terror group's declaration to try and better understand what it meant.
Speaking in a Pentagon briefing over telephone from Baghdad, Iraq , he added that ISIS feels threatened and are reportedly moving troops to prepare for a possible attack.
He said: "We have seen this declaration of emergency in Raqqa, whatever that means.
"We know this enemy feels threatened, as they should. They see the Syrian Democratic Forces along with the Syrian Arab Coalition manoeuvre both to their east and to their west."
