MP Abdel Rehim Ali praised Bahrain's king Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's visit to Egypt on Tuesday, Al-Bawaba News reported. Ali said that the Egyptian people appreciate the role of Bahraini king and people in supporting Egypt, pointing out that Al Khalifa was the first Arab and international official to visit Egypt after June 30 revolution. He expressed his hope that Al Khalifa's visit will boost the bilateral relations between the two countries, as it will witness the signing of several trade and investment agreements between Egypt and Bahrain. Ali stressed that the visit of the Bahraini king comes in light of the recent crises experienced by the Arab countries as Iran tries to destabilize the Arab Gulf's security and interferes in the Bahraini affairs. He pointed out that the Arab Group in the United Nations and other international forums must work together to issue clear resolutions to prevent Iran or any country from threatening Bahrain or any Arab Gulf country.
