Sisi delivers a speech on Thursday

Egypt's President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi will deliver Thursday a speech during an armed forces cultural seminar on the latest developments and issues concerning public opinion, Al-Masry Al-Youm reported.
A number of Ministers as well as journalists and intellectuals will attend the seminar.
The seminar will be held at the Gala Theatre in Cairo.
