Egypt's Assistant Attorney General Mustafa Suleiman said that he cannot reveal any information related to the investigations into Italian student Giulio Regeni's murder case as it would be critical, Al-Bawaba News reported Saturday. During a press conference held at the Attorney General's Office, Suleiman refused to disclose any information related to the case till all investigations to be concluded. The Saturday conference was supposed to announce the results of the meeting between the Egyptian and Italian investigation teams looking into the case of the murder of Regeni. An Egyptian delegation has traveled to Rome on Wednesday to submit a 2000-page report to chief prosecutor Giuseppe Pignatone on Cairo's investigation into the killing of Regeni. The 28-year-old Regeni was found dead off a desert road on the outskirts of the Cairo nine days later, showing signs of extensive torture.
