The daily star Egypt's Nilesat stops broadcasting Al-Manar Egyptian satellite provider Nilesat has stopped carrying the Hezbollah-run Al-Manar news channel to its subscribers for "provoking sectarian strife," Lebanon's National News Agency said Tuesday. The report also said the company informed the Telecommunications Ministry of its intention to end operations in Lebanon starting 10 a.m. Wednesday when a contract signed with the government expires.
