A security source said Saturday in a statement to Veto News that one police conscript and two officers were injured in a raid on Wilayat Sinai terrorist group member's flat in Al Warak district, Giza. All three policemen were injured in an exchange of fire with the terrorist, while raiding his flat, the source who spoke to Veto on condition of anonymity, explained. The source revealed that the terrorist had been killed during the exchange of fire with police forces. The security forces found an explosive belt and automatic rifle in the possession of the terrorist. Security forces have setup a security cordon in order to search for more evidence and to secure the crime scene, as well as looking for any other potential threat. The injured policemen were rushed into the nearest hospital in order to receive the required medical treatment.
