Egypt's President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi approved Thursday Egypt's state budget and the new development plan in the economic and social fields, Al-Bawaba News reported. The two projects were sent Thursday to the House of Representatives for revision and approval. Egypt's PM Sharif Ismail pointed out that the government has submitted earlier this week the new state budget to be discussed and approved. The state budget 2016/17 targets a 5.2% growth rate compared to 4.4% in the current fiscal year, with an unemployment rate less than 12%, and GDP estimated at EGP 3.2tn.
