Cairo Court for Urgent Matters delayed the lawsuit filed by Egyptian MP Abdel Rehim Ali to list Hamas as a terrorist group to April 28 to issue its verdict, Al Bawaba News reported on Thursday. The Egyptian parliamentarian stressed Hamas' involvement in the assassination of former Attorney General Hisham Barakat depending on the statement issued by Interior Minister Magdy Abdel Ghaffar in this regard. Ali submitted a number of documents proving Hamas' involvement in the different terrorist attacks witnessed in Egypt since January 25 Revolution in addition to their role in storming the prisons during the revolution. The Egyptian parliamentarian stressed that the Palestinian movement performed a major role in targeting the security and military individuals in Sinai after the ousting of former President Mohamed Morsi.
