Sisi issues decree to remove Geneina as head of CAA

President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi issued Monday a presidential decree to remove head of Central Auditing Agency (CAA), Hisham Geneina from his post, Al Bawaba News reported.
Al Sisi has given instructions to appoint Hisham Badawi as caretaker of the CAA.
Geneina is being investigated for claiming in statements to media that there is corruption within state institutions, which reached EGP 600 billion, according to CAA's report on corruption.
