Minister of higher education and scientific research, Ashraf El Sheehy welcomed Sunday deputy Chinese Prime Minister, Liu Yandong Wang Yang at Cairo international airport, Al Bawaba News reported. El Sheehy said in a statement to reporters that Yang's visit to Cairo aims to discuss ways to reform the education system in Egypt. He pointed out that Yang is expected to sign five agreements with Prime Minister, Sherif Ismail in the field of education and research scientific over the next five years. All five agreements will be in areas related to scholarships and training of teachers and staff, as well as benefit from the Chinese experience in the scientific research, he explained. The minister stressed that the cooperation between Egypt and China has witnessed great development during the recent period.
