U.S. Dollar remained steady against the Egyptian pound at the black market on Sunday reaching 9.25 pounds for buying and 9.40 pounds for selling, Veto News reported. A number of market traders in black market said that the recent actions taken by Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) on cancelling the maximum limits have helped customers and companies in their deposit and withdrawal operations. CBE seeks to solve the dollar crisis that hit the country through putting a number of procedures in order to attract foreign currencies into the banking sector.
