Badr meets with his Singaporean counterpart to boost cooperation

Minister of Local Development, Ahmed Zaki Badr will meet Tuesday his Singaporean counterpart, to discuss boosting ties, at ministry's headquarters in Cairo, Al Bawaba News reported.
A source within the ministry, who spoke to Al Bawaba on condition of anonymity, said that the meeting comes amid a visit by a delegation of senior Singaporean officials, headed by Singaporean deputy Prime Minister, Teo Chee Hean, to Egypt for two days.
The source revealed that the visiting Singaporean delegation seeks to enhance cooperation and investment opportunities with Egypt, in various fields, such as trade, industry, local development, and small and medium projects.
