Security forces killed Monday three terrorists in the desert region of Ayat, Giza governorate, Al Bawaba News reported. The security forces found a number of automatic weapons, a large number of ammunition and vehicles used by terrorists in targeting army personnel and policemen, in the possession of the terrorists. Since June 30 revolution, the armed forces have launched a security campaign targeting terrorist groups, such as Wilayat Sinai militants stationed in northern Sinai governorate. Wilayat Sinai militants, affiliated with the Islamic State group, infiltrated the Egyptian borders during the era of ousted president, Mohamed Morsi.
