Deputy PM: Turkey wants secure strip on Syrian side of border, including Azaz

Turkey wants the creation of a secure zone 10 km (6.2 miles) deep inside Syria along its southern border, including the town of Azaz, Deputy Prime Minister Yalcın Akdogan said on Wednesday.
"What we want is to create a secure strip, including Azaz, 10 km deep inside Syria and this zone should be free from clashes," Akdogan said in an interview on AHaber television station.
