Egypt's President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi headed to Addis Ababa Friday to attend the African Union Summit scheduled to be held on Saturday in the Ethiopian capital, Al-Bawaba News reported. The presidency spokesperson, Alaa Youssef said that the participation of Al Sisi in the African summit confirms Egypt's keenness on boosting its ties with the African countries. Youssef added the summit will witness the participation of a number of African leaders, pointing out that Al Sisi will hold meetings on the sideline of the summit with them to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations with Egypt in various fields. He noted that the president will also submit a report to the summit to review the results of Paris Climate Change Summit, which was held in December 2015.
