The ports of Alexandria and Dekheila, both located in the governorate of Alexandria, remain closed for a fourth day on Monday due to unstable weather. The north coast of Egypt has been experiencing high winds, thunderstorms and heavy rain in the last two days. Waves off the coast reached three metres high, MENA agency reported. The poor weather conditions are expected to last until Wednesday. Egypt's meteorological authority expects temperatures in Alexandria to be between a high of 11 degrees Celsius and a low of eight degrees. Heavy rain is also expected in the city. Cairo will see a high of 11 degrees and a low of five.
