Minister of Interior Magdy Abdel Ghaffar stated that the Sinai security situation has significantly improved due to the Egyptian police forces and military face offs with the terrorist elements in Sinai, Youm7 reported. Sinai's security was unstable due to the concentration of many elements for a long period in Sinai, whose population had dramatically increased during the rule of the Muslim brotherhood (MB) terrorist group to the country, who had enabled them to export huge amount of advanced weaponry in Sinai.
