UAE condemns terrorist attack on Pakistani University

The United Arab Emirates has condemned the terrorist attack that targeted Bacha Khan University in the Pakistani city of Charsadda, killing and injuring a number of innocent civilians.
In a statement today, the Foreign Ministry confirmed the UAE's solidarity with Pakistan, out of its firm stance of denouncing terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, whatever the motives and justifications.
The UAE highlighted the need for intensified and concerted efforts of the international community to ensure the eradication of serious scourge of terrorism and to find radical solutions to eradicate this phenomenon, which is contrary to all moral and humanitarian values.
The statement expressed deepest condolences and sympathy to the people and families of the victims and wishes a speedy recovery to all the injured.
