The Court of Appeals decided Monday to recuse the judge of Awsim Cell trial, Mohamed Nagy Shehata, upon the demand of 30 defendants of the case, Youm7 news reported. The Defendants face 30 accusations of attempting to bomb a house of Judge Fathy al-Bayoumi, forming terrorist cell aiming at obstructing the constitution and law, assaulting public and private properties, threatening judicial arresters, committing violent and terrorist acts. Judicial source told Youm7 that the judge has the right to appeal against the decision before Court of Cassation.
