Saudi authorities executes an Egyptian arrested in 2003 over terror charges

Saudi authorities executed on Saturday an Egyptian resident, Mohamed Fathy Abdel El-Aaty over terror related charges occured in Mecca city, 2003, Al-Bawaba News reported.
In 2003, Saudi authorities arrested Abdel El-Aaty, 31, together with 46 Saudi co-defendants accused of armed attack against policemen and civilians.
It was worth noting that Abdel El-Aaty's brother, Hossam, a fugitive member of the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood (MB), was accused in the so-called case of "Al-Zawahry Cell", and was sentenced to death, in absentia, August 2015.
