Sources reveled Tuesday that there are three nominees to be appointed as the upcoming parliament speaker after former interim President Adly Mansour refused to be appointed in the parliament, Al Bawaba News reported. The sources said that the first nominee to be the parliament speaker is Minister of Justice Ahmed Al Zend. Zend was the President of Cairo's Court of Appea and Judges Club Head from 2009 to 2015 until he was appointed as Egypt's Minister of Justice. The second nominee is the Vice President of the Supreme Constitutional Court Ali Awad after news spread that Adly Mansour supports Awad to be the Parliament speaker. The Third nominee is the Parliament member, Ali Abdel Aal who works as professor at the Ain Shams Faculty of Law and participated in the committee that prepared the constitution.
