The Secretariat-General of the Muslim World League, MWL, has praised the formation of an Islamic military alliance of 34 countries to fight terrorism. In a press statement, MWL Secretary-General, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki, commended the Islamic military alliance to fight terrorism and the establishment of a joint operations center for coordination in Riyadh. He said that this step is an embodiment of the hopes of Muslims everywhere, who are looking to the joint cooperation of countries in the fight against the scourge of terrorism and its eradication. He also praised the wise leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Saudi the Crown Prince and Deputy Crown Prince, and their efforts to achieve Muslim unity and solidarity, moving forwards to confront terrorism and support international efforts to eliminate it.
