Turkey has detained 11 foreign nationals suspected of being ISIS members in south-central Kilis province, Turkish military said Tuesday. The suspects were held by border troops Sunday as they were attempting to cross illegally into Syria from Elbeyli town, Turkish General Staff said in a statement on its official website. Meanwhile, eight PKK terrorists, including a woman fleeing from northern Iraq surrendered to security forces in the southeastern town of Silopi, with another turning himself in Sirnak province, Monday, the statement added. Troops also detained three PKK terrorists in Sanliurfa's Suruc town, who were trying to enter into Turkey from Syria, and two others trying to cross into Syria to join the PKK in Mardin's Nusaybin town, it said.
